R.D.T. Fit is a blend between a classic “bootcamp” style fitness routine and CrossFit.  This program will blend functional movements with strength training to work you till you sweat! Different from the CrossFit program, this program will not include the more technical movements, such as Olympic lifts, power lifts, rope climbs, hand stand push ups, etc.  Although this program might not maximize your physical potential, it is a great avenue for those individuals looking to get in a good sweat, stay healthy, or maybe start their fitness journey. R.D.T. Fit workouts will utilize a variety of equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, rowing machines, assault bikes, sleds, and more.  We guarantee to create a tough workout that will keep you coming back for more!
