GOALS

The goal of CrossFit KIDS is to SHAPE LIVES. We do this through instilling the importance of health and fitness in our children lives, demonstrating the value of a supportive community, promoting a positive self perception, helping to develop life skills,  and creating future CrossFitters.

PRINCIPLES

Fitness is FUN.

The importance of the quality of movement.

We complete constantly varied, function movements,

executed at high intensity.

Mechanics  --->  Consistency  --->  Intensity

We make sure the children demonstrate the proper mechanics of movement, then do so consistently. Only then do we add intensity by increasing load or moving faster.

$59/Monthly Membership 

(8 classes per month = $7.50 per class!)

Tuesday 4:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (5-9 year olds)

Tuesday 5:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (10-14 year olds)

Saturday 9:30 a.m. -  10:00 a.m. (5-9 year olds)

Saturday 10:15 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. (10-14 year olds)
