GOALS

The goal of CrossFit KIDS is to SHAPE LIVESWe do this through instilling the importance of health and fitness in our children lives, demonstrating the value of a supportive community, promoting a positive self perception, helping to develop life skills,  and creating future CrossFitters

PRINCIPLES

Fitness is FUN.

The importance of the quality of movement.

We complete constantly varied, function movements, executed at high intensity.

Mechanics  --->  Consistency  --->  Intensity

We make sure the children demonstrate the proper  mechanics of movement, then do so consistently. Only then do we add intensity by increasing load or moving faster.

5 - 9 year olds

10 - 14 year olds

CLASS TIMES

Sessions will run in 6 week blocks.

30 minute classes

BLOCK #1: March 1st - April 9th

BLOCK #2: June 14th - July 26th

BLOCK #3: October 4th  - November 12th

TUESDAY

4:30 PM   (5 - 9 year olds)

5:00 PM   (10 - 14 year olds)

SATURDAY

8:00 AM   (5 - 9 year olds)

8:30 AM   (10 - 14 year olds)
