OPEN GYM POLICY

R.D.T. offers open gym times 3 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday: 10:30 am - 1:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 - 11:30 am, and Sunday: 9:00 - 11:00 am).  Open gym is accessible to members with an unlimited CrossFit membership.  This open gym time allows members to make up workouts from other days of the week, experiment with new movements, or spend time practicing specific skills!  R.D.T. does not offer an “open gym” package where members may use the space at any time.  Our rules are simple: come early, stay late, but you must participate in a class.  We strongly believe our coaching and programming will meet and exceed your expectations. This class based philosophy allows us to foster the type of training atmosphere we are looking to build within our community.  If you choose to follow completely separate programming outside of R.D.T., you will only be able to complete this during designated “open gym” hours.  If you have any questions about our policy, please reach out to Coach Dave!
