This world renowned strength and conditioning program utilizes “constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity” (CrossFit, Inc). This program combines the most effective strength, gymnastic, and cardio exercises to deliver a powerful workout that will allow you to move toward peak physical fitness.


This course is an in depth introduction focused on building the foundation needed to excel in CrossFit and functional training.

R.D.T. Fit

This program is a blend between a classic “bootcamp” style fitness routine and CrossFit.  If you're looking to move and get a good sweat on, this is the class for you!

Personal Training

If the group class style training is not necessarily where you feel the most comfortable starting your fitness journey, we offer personal or small group training sessions.
